On Tuesday, March 29, the Indonesian Ministry of Communication and Information held a socialization of risk-based business licensing for business actors in the category of registration of domestic and foreign private sector electronic system operators. What is meant by private sector PSE is an electronic system operator that provides, manages, operates, offers and or trades goods, services, financial transaction services, digital content, communication services, personal data processing services to search engine services and information providers, so that they are required to register service delivery in OSS.

By registering, PSE will get a PSE registration mark and be clearly identified on the kominfo.go.id page, so that it will be more trusted by the public. Honest and transparent PSE registration is important to realize reliable, safe, reliable and responsible implementation of economic systems and transactions.
