With the start of discussions regarding plans to amend Permenkominfo Number 5 of 2020, last Friday 17 November the Indonesian E-Commerce Association held a meeting to discuss the Revision of Permenkominfo 5 of 2020. The agenda attended by the APTIKA Governance Team was a follow-up to Kominfo's invitation to idEA previously discussed the Revision of Minister of Communication and Information Regulation Number 5 of 2020 in an academic study on September 20 2023.

Minister of Communication and Information Regulation No. 5 of 2020 itself is one of the regulations that has received high attention from IDEA and members, because this regulation is the foundation for PSE in Indonesia. idEA as an association has also provided input on the revision, and is ready to continue to oversee the discussion regarding Minister of Communication and Information Regulation No. 5 this year 2020.
