Following up on BPS Regulation no. 4 of 2023 concerning Submission and Management of Trade Data and/or Information via Electronic Systems, the Central Statistics Agency has prepared a draft derivative regulation to clarify the mechanism and scope of submission of Trade data via Electronic Systems (PMSE). The draft regulation in question is the Draft Decree of the Head of BPS concerning Technical Instructions for Submitting and Details of Trade Data and/or Information via Electronic Systems

As one of the stakeholders in implementing BPS regulations, the Indonesian E-Commerce Association and member representatives attended the invitation to a meeting from BPS on 9 October. The meeting was intended to hear opinions on the Draft Decision of the Head of BPS in question.
