Last Wednesday, August 23, idEA attended an invitation to the Public Hearing Meeting (RDPU) from Commission 1 of the Indonesian House of Representatives, to provide input on Revision III of the ITE Law.

On this occasion, idEA, represented by Bima Laga as General Chair, conveyed several points of input, including regarding the enforcement of safe harbor policy principles, efforts to moderate content from multi-stakeholders and mitigating the risk of electronic transactions.
