Post-signing of a Presidential Decree related to Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB), Jakarta became the first city to implement it starting on Friday (10/4). Not as tight as a lock down, but there are rules that are quite binding in its application.

In addition to Jakarta, several buffer cities have submitted requests to implement the same thing to reduce the spread of COVID-19. These are the rules of the PSBB, who knows your city will soon apply them too.

Terminating the teaching and learning process at school and replacing it with at home using the most effective media. Also limiting the process of working at work and replacing it with work at home / residence, to maintain worker productivity / performance.

There are also rules on limiting religious activities by closing all places of worship to the public. Funerals for people who died not because of COVID-19 were limited to no more than twenty people.

All air, sea, train, and highway transportation services (public / private vehicles) continue to operate with restrictions on the number of passengers and maintaining distance between passengers. Mode of transportation of goods by taking into account the fulfillment of basic needs of the population is exempt from restrictions.

Crowds of people in political, sports, entertainment, academic and cultural gatherings or meetings are also prohibited.

Limitation exceptions apply to sectors related to meeting basic needs. Even so, it must maintain the minimum number of employees and distance management so as to prioritize efforts to prevent the spread of covid-19
