Last Saturday, July 26, idEA returned to attend a meeting for monitoring and evaluation which is routinely carried out by the RI BPOM. In this activity, representatives of e-commerce platforms were also present, including from Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, Bukalapak and Blibli. This routine activity is held to ensure that the cooperation that exists between the POM Agency, idEA and e-commerce platforms in the framework of monitoring the distribution of drug and food products online runs well and optimally.

Based on the latest BPOM data, from April to June as much as 95% of product links that do not comply with BPOM standards have been successfully taken down. BPOM also stated that in the future it would be more intense and firm in taking action against drug and food distribution that had not yet obtained a distribution permit from BPOM.

Hopefully the good collaboration between BPOM, idEA and this platform can continue, develop, and always have a good impact on Indonesia's digital economy.
