Social Safety Net for MSME Overcomes Covid-19 Impact
Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are the ones affected by the large spread of COVID-19. Although proven to be able to survive in the storm of the economic crisis, in the case of COVID-19, MSMEs require great attention to be able to survive.
The government seems to realize this. President Joko Widodo also memumumukan provision of social safety networks aimed at one of them is MSME. It is the relaxation of credit payments, including business credit that supports the MSME industry.
The relaxation can be in the form of loan restructuring, up to the amount of principal / interest installments. MSME entrepreneurs with loans under Rp10 billion can contact the lending bank or leasing company to get a detailed explanation.
In addition, the government is also trying to reduce the burden of MSMEs through the cost of electricity used. MSMEs that use 450 KWH electricity do not need to pay electricity bills for the next three months. Namely April, May, and June.
Electricity payment relief is also provided for those who use 900 KWH of power. MSMEs that use this much electricity will get a 50% reduction. The drought will be valid for the next three months, the same as 450 KWH electricity.
Come with COVID-19 opponents!
