As a series of events, a Webinar was held with the theme "E-Commerce and it's Challenges in the Digital Age", where the General Chairperson of idEA Bima Laga was appointed as resource person, together with Joni Haryono as General Manager of PT Infinitium Solutions (PTIS). The theme was chosen to support the company's plan to become a digital payment enabler in order to build digitalization of the payment system in Indonesia, especially in e-commerce transactions, as well as expanding the acceptance of the Nusantara Payment Gateway (GPN) debit card as a digital payment tool, because so far only GPN cards can be accepted. used for transactions at offline merchants only.

On that occasion, Bima Laga said that the growth in the value of e-commerce transactions in 2021 was recorded at Rp401 trillion, and there is still promising growth potential in the future. This is because of the entire population in Indonesia, there are 20% of people who already use the internet but are not fully digitally literate. Furthermore, Bima said that the growth in the digital economy and transactions through e-commerce would be even faster if it was supported by 2 main things, namely a logistics system and digital payments that are easy to understand and affordable by the public. If the use of the GPN card as a payment method at online merchants can be realized, it will make it easier for people to make digital transactions and increase the value of digital economic growth.
