The Directorate General of Customs (DJBC), Ministry of Finance held a coordination meeting on policy related to Bonded Logistics Center (PLB) E-Commerce on last Friday (20/4) located at DJBC Head Office Papua Building. On this occasion, the Association of E-Commerce Indonesia (idEA), e-commerce and logistics businesspeople who are members of idEA are also invited to attend the meeting. 

The meeting was attended by the Director General of Customs and Excise Heru Pambudi and Mr. Robi Toni as the Director of Customs Facility intends to re-socialize the new e-commerce crossborder scheme of Indonesia with the E-Commerce PLB stipulated in Regulation of the Minister of Finance (PMK) 28 / PMK .04 / 2018. In addition, this coordination meeting also intends to get input from business actors, both e-commerce and logistics platform, on technical arrangement of EB Commerce in the form of Regulation of the Director General because the PMK will be effective on May 28, 2018. In the meeting , the Director General said that the government will evaluate whether the establishment of E-Commerce PLB will have a positive impact. Government's expectation on PLB E-Commerce is to make Indonesia as logistic hub.
