Unfortunately, many irresponsible people who sell starter packs are active, with registered data belonging to other people. Things like this will certainly make it difficult to track and take action when the number is used for criminal acts, because the data used is stolen data.

In order to provide education and socialization to Telecommunication Service Providers, Distributors, Agents, Outlets, Pelapak to the general public regarding the obligation to circulate starter packs in an inactive state, the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology of the Republic of Indonesia held a Webinar with the theme "Let's Support the Circulation of Prime Cards in Inactive Conditions".
