Second, regulatory updates related to the Ministry of Commerce, includes RPP E-Commerce, Investment Negative List, mentoring SMEs, and Cross Border Transaction. And lastly, to discuss regulatory updates related to tax e-commerce. Speakers at this worksop present Shinto Nugroho (Google), Alex Chandra (OLX), and Bima Game (PriceArea).
In his presentation, explaining Shinto related to public policy is in need of an update there are some important things to consider. Two years IDEA provides input related draft regulations, but existing legislation or the design of the existing rules did not accommodate the needs of the industry.
"For ecommerce Indonesia could always evolve and grow, that should be the focus here is regulation. At least regulation and centering to self regulation by the industry. Because of developments in technology and e-commerce business model might not be able to catch up the government. So, instead of the government to encourage the development of e-commerce but instead cut the rope. The three main topics which we are involved is the data center, the draft Regulation on Certification Reliability Minister of Communications and Information Technology, and Implementation of Electronic Certification. "Reveal Shinto.
Alex added, "Certification Institute Reliability over trivial as a notary. Even without further evidence, if there Trustmark then no need for further verification of the identity of the company, address, SIUP, TDP, it is no longer necessary. In the end, the advantage is on the Trustmark holders. Common today is the giver Trustmark not of Communications and Information Technology, but rather from the private sector. "
In the last perbicangan, Bima Laga discuss tax issues for businesses. "Tax rules in Indonesia it refers to the self-regulated. Thus, the weakness of Indonesia compared to foreign countries is that we are still counting our own taxes. Although we PKP we still own our tax report. Sometimes our taxes are not in sync, unlike in existing overseas tax her, every end of the month There is a new tax. "Obviously Bima.
