In the midst of a massive wave of digitalization, social media and e-commerce users continue to increase every day. Some are just for sightseeing and shopping, some are using social media and e-commerce to trade. Unfortunately, this digital spirit is often not accompanied by qualified knowledge. Many aspects are considered trivial, ranging from creating weak account passwords, to not being careful in clicking on links that are spread by unknown people. Unknowingly, data is leaked and the account owner is harmed.

To provide understanding about going digital safely to MSME actors, since 2021 Google Indonesia together with the Indonesian E-Commerce Association (idEA) and ICT Watch have regularly held Cyber ​​Security Webinars for MSMEs. In each session, MSME actors who were present as participants had the opportunity to be directly mentored by Trainers from ICT Watch regarding the types of digital fraud and how to prevent them. The guidance process is carried out in several small groups with breakout rooms, so that the delivery of information becomes more interactive and maximal. In addition, selected participants also have the opportunity to get rewards for their activeness and understanding of the material provided.

The Cyber ​​Security Webinar which was held on October 19, 2022 is the last Webinar Series in a series of Cyber ​​Security Webinars in 2022. It is hoped that this activity can be continued in the years to come, as well as helping more MSMEs to become digitally literate.
