On Thursday, February 24, the Indonesian E-Commerce Association, represented by Budi Primawan as the Deputy General Chairperson, was present at the 2022 Transfumi Socialization held by the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs. Transfumi itself is a joint collaboration program between the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs and Mercy Corps Indonesia, as well as associations to recruit companion volunteers as "Garda Transfumi" to be able to assist MSME actors in accessing ease of business licensing so that the legality of their business is guaranteed by the government. The Transfumi program seeks to provide technical guidance to MSME mentors within the scope of the Association as well as the official supervisor in charge of Cooperatives and MSMEs to be able to meet the adaptation aspects of informal to formal business transformation. The target of the Transfumi program in 2022 is the issuance of 3 million National NIBs.

Through this Transfumi Program Socialization, Kemenkop hopes that Associations and Association member companies can contribute and join the Transfumi program as Implementing Partners, to then carry out recruitment, monitoring and mentoring in areas that are targets for NIB acceleration. Later, the association will act as a representative of the Kemenkop UKM in the targeted areas/provinces, namely North Sumatra, West Sumatra, Jakarta, Banten, NTB, South Kalimantan and South Sulawesi.
