In connection with the issuance of Regulation of the Minister of Trade (Permendag) Number 31 of 2023 concerning Business Licensing, Advertising, Guidance and Supervision of Business Actors in the Trade Sector via Electronic Systems, last Monday 2 October the Directorate General of Domestic Trade of the Ministry of Trade invited idEA along with all member companies to attended the Socialization of Minister of Trade Regulation 31, located at the Ministry of Trade Auditorium.

On this occasion, Director of Trade Through Electronic Systems and Trading Services, Rifan Ardianto, said that the drafting of Minister of Trade Regulation 31 aims to create a fair, healthy and beneficial e-commerce ecosystem by paying attention to dynamic technological developments, supporting the empowerment of MSMEs, and also to increase consumer protection.
