In the context of implementing the Stamp Duty Provisions in PMK Number 134 of 2021, as well as to provide awareness regarding the rights and obligations of Stamp Duty Collectors as regulated in PMK Number 151 of 2021 concerning Determination of Stamp Duty Collectors and Procedures for Collecting, Depositing and Reporting Stamp Duty, Wednesday Last October 11, the Directorate General of Taxes of the Coordinating Ministry for Finance held a socialization on E-Stamps and Periodic Stamp Duty SPT Reporting to all idEA member companies.

The E-Stamp is used to equalize paper and electronic documents, as well as facilitate electronic transactions.
