Last Friday, February 11, idEA Chairman Bima Laga was present as a speaker at the Sofa Talk Digital Economy Working Group organized by the Ministry of Communication and Informatics (Kemenkominfo). Sofa Talk this time raised the theme of Digital Connectivity and Post-Pandemic Recovery Covid-19.

As a National Strategic Stakeholder, Bima Laga appreciated the raised of this topic in the discussions that took place, because according to him the impact of digital connectivity has been proven to be mainly driven by pandemic conditions. According to him, digital connectivity has helped the MSME industry survive and develop amid the applicable restriction rules. Bima also appreciated the government's commitment through various ministries to continue to build community connectivity through the availability of internet networks. Bima added, once the internet is available to the public, then our common responsibility now is how to utilize the connectivity to have an impact on the economic progress of the community.
