On Tuesday, January 25, 2022, the General Chairperson of the Indonesian E-Commerce Association (idEA), Bima Laga, was present as a resource person at the 2021 Capital Market Achievement Seminar organized by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This activity was held to provide information to the public regarding the achievements and developments of the Indonesian Capital Market throughout 2021, as well as to discuss the hopes and challenges of the Indonesian Capital Market in the future. Not only that, this seminar is also a means of socializing several changes to the IDX Stock Listing Regulation No. 1-A and Implementation of POJK regarding Shares with Multiple Voting Rights (SHSM).

As a resource person, Bima presented an explanation about the potential of E-Commerce companies to be able to grow rapidly through an IPO. In front of the entire audience consisting of the media, stakeholders and the public, Bima expressed his hope that in 2022 more idEA member companies will conduct IPOs. To achieve this, Bima supports the holding of more forums that provide stock literacy to idEA member companies, as well as other collaborations between IDX and the industrial world, one of which is through idEA.
