The draft regulation (RPM) of the Internet-based application services or so-called OTT RPM is one of the Governments policies are a top priority Idea. On Tuesday 11th October, has lasted a meeting initiated by the Secretariat of the IDEA for further discussions regarding OTT RPM along with Mr. Ashwin Sasongko as the Board of Trustees of the IDEA.

It is expected that the draft of the OTT RPM can be seen from all sides so that this rule does not only protect and launched the interests of businesses but should be more felt by the Indonesian people in the short term and would be better also the long-term. Direction given Mr. Ashwin one of which is the idea needs to give attention and escort the formulation process until the issuance of RPM OTT, including the policy - other policy priorities such as RPP e-Commerce Safe Harbor Policy and Roadmap e-Commerce.

Meetings run smoothly and productively as well as discuss some of the challenges in formulating policy in general and the challenges of technological advances that must be faced and understood by all parties.
