Wednesday (24/08), at Dijan's Restaurant, Kemang, E-commerce Association of Indonesia (IDEA) held a Forum Group Discussion (FGD) on two tax-related discussion that the Value Added Tax (VAT) on the provision of goods or services provided free just and socialization tax amnesty.

As part of efforts to provide input to the government especially the Ministry of Finance related to the objection that very unfairly by the perpetrators of e-commerce (in particular business model classifed Ads and Market place), IDEA in collaboration with the University Research Cluster Compiler Team Indonesia led by Prof. Dr. Dra. Haula Rosdiana M.Si and Dra. Inayati M.Si also assisted by Dr. Yusep Romansyah and Dr. Supreme Harsoyo from the Institute of Technology Bandung, make an academic study to be submitted as an input so that the government tax base applicable in the e-commerce industry is appropriate and provides certainty, the expected future regulations made by the government may include policies that fit the needs of the industry.

After the lunch break, IDEA members continue discussions initiated with the presentation of Mr. Hary Tax Amnesty Senkowo of SF Consulting. Tax Amnesty is being hotly debated in this community for serious concern, now is the right time and wise to follow the tax amnesty, because it is not subject to administrative and criminal sanctions taxation. "Do not think it's fair not fair, everyone needs amnesty," said Hary KESOWO. TA's Discussion continued with the presentation of the Directorate General of Taxation submitted by Mr. Dadang Setiana and fellow officers other DJP.

FGD taxes dated August 24, 2016 is progressing well and the enthusiastic members of many questions to the resource, FGD finally closed at 15.30, hopefully FGD regarding this tax could help the perpetrators of e-commerce in order to better understand the issues of taxation on e- commerce seems to have a major impact on the world of e-commerce.
