Infobrand Forum is an annual forum where brand managers and those involved in the world of branding and business gather. This year, it was held on January 18 with the theme "Strategy to Grow During The Threat of Recession", the agenda became a place for sharing and discussion in facing the 2023 recession issue, by presenting speakers from the fields of Economics, Marketing, e-commerce, to Practitioners Business.
The General Chair of idEA Bima Laga is entrusted to be one of the speakers at the 2023 Infobrand Forum, namely on the sub-theme entitled "How to Increase Transactions in The Marketplace". On this occasion, Bima conveyed the many insights he had obtained from the results of the research on the implementation of Harbolnas last December 2022. Based on the results of this research, transactions outside Java Island experienced a decline due to rising world oil prices which had an impact on increasing logistics costs. Even so, Bima is optimistic that the overall value of e-commerce transactions is predicted to continue to increase in the years to come. Bima added, facing the issue of recession, business people need to make various innovations so that the transaction value in e-commerce is maintained, including by increasing the speed of service and making special e-commerce promos.
