Of particular interest is a matter of changes in one's motivation in doing online transactions. According to Daniel, for this year, the main reason people do transactions online is convenience. So, motivated people doing online shopping is no longer a matter of price.
"This year our study of the latter with Google said the reason people do online transactions not just the price. The main keyword is a convenience, and the characteristics that have emerged since a long time that people are willing to pay for convenience, willing to pay to get the goods earlier than the others, willing to pay for better service, "said Daniel.
This is a good sign for the development of e-commerce industry in Indonesia today. Daniel also saw that this trend indicates a lot of people who already embrace e-commerce. "People who are already transacting and satisfied with its service, they will never look back again, with the traditional way of shopping. And that's a very good indication for us this year," said Daniel optimistic.
