Still in the spirit of the beginning of the week, Tuesday, February 15, the Indonesian E-Commerce Association held the idEA HR Forum, with the theme of the Post-Pandemic Digital Talent Search Challenge. The forum was attended by representatives of the HR divisions of various companies, both members and non-members of idEA. As a panelist, there was Daniel Tumiwa, Principal Tribe Innovator, GovTechEdu Telkom Indonesia, Melissa Wijaya as Head of HR and Employment idEA & Head of Public Affairs Strategy and Policy Grab Indonesia, and Sawitri Hertoto as Country Marketing Head jobStreet Indonesia.

In the discussion that took place, the three panelists and participants who attended agreed on the challenge of finding the talent needed to fill a position, especially in the Digital Industry. According to Sawitri Hertoto, hijacking employees is not even an easy thing. To help companies find the right candidates, Jobstreet Indonesia will hold a Virtual Career Fair on March 9-11, 2022.
