However, according to Mr. Aulia, before getting into the marketing problems of MSME products through the digital realm, need to advance their understanding of the issues - the fundamental issues that plague SMEs today the availability of the product and the quality of goods, operational readiness, entrepreneurship mentality, low digital literacy and low e-commerce literacy. The approach proposed solutions to the SME forum is the map data is structured and systematic in order to obtain a classification where SMEs have prepared for and which ones not to enter the e-commerce and make it a priority sector along its supply chain.
On the occasion Pak Aulia also convey to the forum to be willing to help to accelerate the ratification roadmap e-commerce process is already hanging over a year. Roadmap e-commerce is expected to be the foundation for e-commerce to accelerate the growth of the industry, but with the absence of such approval it makes the industry and all of its components, including SMEs entering the supply chain can not do much.
