The Four E-Commerce Criteria That Will Lead The Market In The Future

The E-Commerce Association of Indonesia (idEA) believes there are four e-commerce criteria that have great potential in leading the market in the future.

The first criterion, namely e-commerce that has a consumer with the behavior of buying products based on the habit or commonly referred to as habitual buying. E-commerce with consumers of habitual buying is able to survive, because they will continue to buy products that become their habit.

Second, e-commerce is a large ecosystem, which is e-commerce that can be connected everywhere and not just sell their own products.

"That way, consumers can buy anything at the same time pay directly in the e-commerce," said Mr. Ignatius Untung, Chairman of Business and Economy idEA at Seminar Economic Outlook 2018 held Ikatan Bankir Indonesia in Jakarta, Monday (4/12).

Third, e-commerce is able to monitor and manage the promo price of all goods sold in the ecosystem so as to attract consumers without harming the company.

Fourth, e-commerce is able to provide a good consumer experience.
