E-commerce Investment Highlights Various Government Regulation
Thursday (10/03/2016) at Kaffeine Cafe & Resto, Jakarta, Indonesia E-Commerce Association (IDEA) held a public workshop with the theme "E-Commerce Investment Highlights Various Government Regulation". Public workshop is part of a series of events Indonesian E-Commerce Summit and Expo 2016 (IESE).
In the workshop, presenting Alex Chandra Idea as Idea Public Policy team members who worked as a Legal seharinya of OLX.co.id with a presentation on "Looking at the government regulation of the industry startup and E-Commerce in Indonesia". In his discussion, Alex Chandra taking the players e-commerce including startup industry to explore the industry and regulatory conditions that exist today.
There is also Matthew C. Le Merle, discussed on "The Impact of Internet Regulation on Investment" that includes potential Internet regulation and legal environment and regulatory ambiguity.
In addition, there were also days Sungkari Deputy Economy Infrastructure Agency Creative, which is a ministerial-level agency was formed in 2014 and the beginning of the government of the Republic of Indonesia at this time, he delivered his presentation on "The Role of Government in the Perspective of E-Commerce Industrial Park". Today Sungkari said it will allow the perpetrators of e-commerce which will make crowdfunding platforms. He added that the government should think about what help to support local adventure.
Today Sungkari also convey some important regulations that are currently being worked by his side. The regulation includes building e-commerce systems into integrated, certainty of delivery time, clarity who the seller, how to build an e-commercenya perpetrators, and the provision of incentives.
