BPKN discussion with idEA
On Thursday, February 17, the Indonesian E-Commerce Association was present online to fulfill a discussion invitation from the National Consumer Protection Agency (BPKN). The discussion was conducted in the framework of the Consumer Needs Survey on the Security and Comfort of E-Commerce Systems.
This discussion discusses various aspects of consumer needs and convenience, the development and supervision of platform business actors to partners in the event of violations of e-commerce consumer rights, to the existence of the responsibility of e-commerce businesses in meeting security and comfort for consumers with disabilities. idEA, represented by Budi Primawan as Vice Chairman, affirmed the commitment of idEA members to continue to improve the satisfaction and comfort of their users, and idEA as the Association is also ready to support these efforts.
