Selected comScore Audience So Measure Standards Online

Five members of the Indonesian Association of the Digital Measurement Consortium (IDMC) represents the majority of the advertising ecosystem in Indonesia has selected comScore online audience measurement as a standard for the next two years at the Pullman Hotel Jakarta, Monday (29/8).

Fifth associations that supported the Agency Creative Economy of Indonesia (Bekraf) are the Association of Asia Pacific Advertising Media (AAPAM), the Association of Advertisers Indonesia (APPINA), Indonesian Digital Association (IDA), Indonesia E-Commerce Association (IDEA) and the Association of Advertising Indonesia (P3I).

comScore is a cross-platform measurement companies from the United States with operations in 75 countries and has been listed on the NASDAQ technology index. comScore audience measurement solution that provides access to the site online via computer, tablet, and smart phones via the methodology of Unified Digital Measurement (UDM), which counts visits the site and help advertisers and agencies to identify the best digital content to reach the target audience. Meanwhile, publishers rely on comScore for understanding the competition and prove that the digital assets they can reach the target audience effectively.

"For several years we see a fairly good growth for the company's digital advertising in Indonesia, especially on mobile devices. But until now, the industry is still faced with the complexity measurements are confusing for advertisers, agencies and media owners," said Chairman of the consortium Jerry Jerry Justianto.

Previously, comScore and two other candidates had presented their solutions before the appraisal committee consisting of representatives of each association. The assessment is based on several criteria namely the completeness of the data, report generation capabilities, service levels, and costs.

Over the next few months, comScore will conduct socialization to the fifth member of the association that aims to accelerate the adoption by all elements related industries. The Committee is also the ongoing monitoring process to comScore's performance, to ensure all points are listed in the partnership contract implemented optimally.

ComScore task in the next 2 years will also provide audience measurement solution that accesses the online site either through a computer or mobile device. They will use the methodology of Unified Digital Measurement (UDM). With the online audience measurement tool that is clear, it is hoped, businesses will be able to understand the quality of their audience.
