BSSN again invited the E-Commerce Association of Indonesia (idEA) on Thursday, March 1, 2018. An invitation from the Directorate of Economic Protection of Digital is a follow-up of the first meeting with idEA in February. The second meeting with idEA took place at BSSN building, Ragunan. As is known, BSSN was formed last year through Presidential Regulation No. 53 of 2017 on the State Cyber ​​and State Code (PerPres 53/2017). Initially, the scope is still a state code and reside in the State Code Institution, until finally with the issuance of Presidential Regulation 53/2017, the State Code Institution then transformed into BSSN. 

One of the functions of BSSN mandated in PerPres 53/2017 is to maintain the growth of the digital economy. Therefore, BSSN wants to get inputs and views from the industry, represented by idEA, in order to carry out the mandate of PerPres 53/2017. 

On that occasion, Mr. Aulia E. Marinto, Chairman of IDEA, presented presentations and discussions with BSSN about the e-commerce business model and what can be done with BSSN in the midst of the digital economy in Indonesia.
